my stamina sucks now. not dat i went to work out.. bud recently i realised my breath lasts shorter whenever i sing or play my flute. i have difficulty even to last for 8beats. i guess too long neva exercise le bah.. pool doesnt count i know. and my mmc's realli having probs. =((
